A 50% deposit is payable before any research is undertaken to cover my costs and the final balance is payable within 30 days of receivng the report, certificate or poster. If no information is found, the deposit is non-refundable.

Payment can be made via sterling cheque made payable to Jacqueline Hunter, paypal (using the e-mail address jahunteruk@yahoo.co.uk) or international money order (acceptable from most countries, contact me for further details).

I prefer to issue reports via e-mail. If you do not have access to an e-mail address, I reserve the right to charge extra for postage and packaging (please note this does not apply to certificates or poster).

At periods of peak demand when Ancestral Research by Jacqueline’s services are extremely popular, a waiting list is in operation, but prompt payment of your deposit in advance guarantees that your request will be prioritised.

Also, if you have already done some research I will assume your research is correct unless you specifically ask me to check your research.

We can confirm that we will not make your details available to any 3rd party and we will not share our research into your ancestors with anyone else.

All research conducted by us and all resulting reports and family trees are copyrighted to us and must not be published anywhere else.

Please note our research is generally confined only to people who have already died. Please contact me to discuss further if you wish any research into living people.

We cannot guarantee finding any information and we cannot predict whether or not a search will be successful.
